HOW IS KITEZH FUNDED?

Kitezh has various sources of funding and support; the State, charitable donations, initiatives designed to increase the self-sustainability of the community...etc.

Kitezh aims to generate sufficient funds from its own resources to cover its running costs. Funding for training, building and development come from donations and grants.

Currently the funds are provided by:

• Russian government and local authority funding

• Corporate sponsors

• Civil organisations

• Ecologia Trust ( Scotland )

• Kitezh Centre ( Moscow )

• Big Lottery Fund ( UK )

• Individual donations

• Baker Botts L.L.P.
